Celebrate Pathways serves individuals and families experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, single parents, seniors, and adults facing financial hardships or life transitions. Through transitional housing, independent living programs, and comprehensive support services, we empower people to overcome barriers, restore hope, and achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
