Immediate housing needs
Grounded House (Opening January 2027)
Purpose: Immediate stabilization and structured temporary housing for adults and families experiencing homelessness, displacement, or significant housing instability.
Program Length: 30-60 days
Participation Requirements:
• Experiencing homelessness, displacement, or significant housing instability.
• Appropriate for the level of housing and support offered by the program.
• Completion of intake needs assessment, and applicable eligibility screening.
• Identification and available supporting documentation; documentation barriers are reviewed individually.
• Agreement to program expectations, house rules, safety requirements, and resident responsibilities.
•Participation in an individualized stabilization and housing plan and scheduled progress meetings.
Primary Outcomes: Housing stabilization; benefits/resource connection; income or employment stabilization when applicable; document recovery; community referrals; and transition to appropriate longer-term housing.
Seeking stable living situations
Grace House (Opening December 2026)
Purpose: Trauma-informed, safe, supportive housing for domestic violence survivors and qualifying families moving from crisis toward stability and independence.
Program Length: 90-180 days
Participation Requirements:
• Meets the program's target-population and safety criteria.
• Completion of a trauma-informed intake and individualized safety/stabilization assessment.
• Appropriate for the program's level of housing and support.
• Agreement to confidentiality, safety, visitor, and community-living requirements.
• Participation in an individualized safety, housing, and stabilization plan.
• Documentation barriers related to domestic violence, financial abuse, displacement, or safety concerns are reviewed individually.
Primary Outcomes: Safety and stabilization; connection to domestic violence advocacy and legal/community resources; benefits and financial stabilization; family support; and transition to safe permanent housing.
Abundant Living (Opening November 2026)
Purpose: Transitional housing for individuals and families who have achieved initial stability but need additional time and structure before fully independent housing.
Program Length: Up to 365 days Participation Requirements:
• Demonstrates readiness for transitional living and is appropriate for the program.
• Completion of intake, assessment, and individualized transition plan.
• Active pursuit or maintenance of sustainable income/resources when appropriate to the participant's circumstances.
• Compliance with program, property, safety, and community-living requirements.
• Participation in periodic progress reviews and active work toward permanent housing.
• Any program fee, rent contribution, or savings requirement will depend on the final housing model, funding source, and applicable agreement.
Primary Outcomes: Stable income/resources; budgeting and financial literacy; employment or education advancement; rental readiness; savings; independent-living skills; and permanent housing.
Overcoming barriers to housing
Celebrate Houses (Opening October 2026)
Purpose: Independent living operated through Celebrate Pathways Development Group LLC for individuals able to live independently while benefiting from stable housing, accountability, and access to supportive resources.
Program Length: Up to 365 days, with possible extension
Participation Requirements:
• Meets applicable property and program admission criteria.
• Demonstrates ability to live independently at the level offered.
• Completion of intake and applicable eligibility/safety screening.
• Required identification, income, benefits, or third-party funding documentation as applicable.
• Execution of the appropriate lease, occupancy, or program agreement.
• Compliance with property rules, resident responsibilities, and applicable financial obligations.
• Continued eligibility for an extension is based on compliance, program/property requirements, availability, and individual circumstances.
Primary Outcomes: Long-term housing stability; responsible tenancy; financial self-sufficiency; improved rental readiness/history; and transition to conventional permanent housing when appropriate.

Comfortable, home-like environments: We believe people experiencing difficult circumstances deserve dignity, privacy, comfort, and a space that feels like home—not simply temporary placement.
Housing with a purpose: Each residence is connected to a larger plan for stability, financial independence, and permanent housing.
Different levels of support: Our housing continuum is designed to meet residents at different stages—from immediate stabilization and transitional housing to independent-living preparation.
Support beyond housing: We connect residents with supportive services, community partnerships, referrals, and programs to help them achieve long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
How to access housing assistance
Contact Celebrate Pathways or submit an inquiry: Reach out to our team directly or complete our housing assistance/referral form to tell us about your current housing situation and the type of assistance you need.
Complete an initial screening: A member of our team will review your information and conduct an initial screening to better understand your circumstances, immediate needs, and potential eligibility for available programs.
Complete an intake and needs assessment: If one of our programs may be a good fit, we will complete an intake and needs assessment with you. This helps us identify housing barriers, financial needs, family circumstances, supportive-service needs, and your goals for achieving stable housing.
Determine the best housing pathway: Our team will determine which Celebrate Pathways program best matches your needs, eligibility, and current level of independence. Depending on your circumstances, this could include transitional, supportive, or independent-living housing.
